Different menus
Clients can select from a variety of menus such as the cocktail reception, buffet galore, dinner selections, sweet selection, office and boardroom luncheons and specials and a breakfast menu. They can also create personalized menus plus menus for vegetarians and vegans and people with special dietary needs, including those with food allergies.

Mobile service
A Splendid Affair is equipped with a full mobile kitchen. They can take some of the stress out of holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving by preparing a roast turkey dinner, suitable for 12 guests, which can be delivered anywhere within Calgary.
