It’s All About Garlic
That’s right; it’s all about garlic in this restaurant, so you may want to make sure everyone in your household eats together. It seems Calgarians love their garlic, so Antonio’s is a very busy place and reservations are highly recommended, as this small restaurant only seat 38 patrons. The environment is casual, yet upscale at the same time, and is not suited for children.
A Stinky Menu
The motto at Antonio’s Garlic Clove says it all. “We always create a big stink!” Teasers aren’t exempt, the Crab Claws are sautéed in garlic butter rice and drizzled with a red wine chocolate reduction, and there is even a Garlic & Onion Salad to get your appetite going. For your main meal, try out the very popular Stinking Steak, a Kansas City strip spiked with garlic chunks, sautéed to perfection, and accompanied by a garlic and brandy cream sauce. There are plenty of chicken dishes, pork, beef, and even duck items on the menu. There is even Garlic Butter Chicken available if you are in the mood for Indian Cuisine with a twist.

Noodle lovers may want to try out the Spaghetti Antonio with roasted garlic cloves, black olives and capers in a fiery tomato sauce.
