Whether it is a regular season hockey game, a Tragically Hip concert or game seven of the Stanley Cup playoffs, the Avison Young Club at the Saddledome is the place to be seen and to have a big bite to eat before you settle in to your seat to check out the action. Think how nice it will be to sit down to a hot meal that does not involve one of the kiosks on the concourse level for a change. During events, the club dining room is only open to Club ticket holders. It can hold up to 300 patrons for dinner during one of these events. Guests can enjoy a large buffet filled with everything from beef and vegetables to chocolate cakes and sweet squares. To find them, head down into Dutton’s lounge. You will see the entrance to the Avison Young Club at the back of the pub.
Your Own Big Event
Perhaps you are planning a company Christmas party, or maybe a big family reunion and you know your relatives well enough to know that you are going to need a full-service bar on site no matter where you go. If so, you might want to check out the Avison Young Club. They are open for private functions whenever there is not a major event on at the Saddledome. They can accommodate up to 900 people for a reception or banquet. Just give them a call and they will help get your menu planned and set you up so that you have nothing to do but greet your guests.
