An upscale casual dining experience involves beautifully presented, well-prepared food served in an attentive, yet relaxed atmosphere. Barclay’s Upscale Casual at the Sheraton Suites Eau Claire promises just that. The dining room is attractive and energizing, but comfortable too. The menu features a selection of Western Canadian dishes that taste as amazing as they look.
Western Canadian Cuisine with a Mediterranean Sensibility
From breakfast to desserts, Barclay’s menu has something to please all tastes. Guests can choose from a surprising selection of salads and appetizers, then move on to one of the inspired entrees. Duck, prime rib, chicken, lamb, venison, salmon and steak are all on the menu, fresh from Alberta and B.C. Reservations are recommended for lunch and brunch.
Fondue for Two
For a leisurely indulgence, the fondue menu is always a crowd pleaser at Barclay’s. Choose from cheese, beef, game, or seafood fondue for either one or two people. Or, try one of the fondue packages for a three or four course fondue meal. Don’t forget to finish it off with a milk or bittersweet chocolate fondue for dessert!
Drink It Up
Both Barclay’s restaurant, and the bar, Barclay’s Wet, offer a variety of cocktails, martinis, beers, and a distinctive wine list. The sommelier has put together a list of Italian, French, and American wines that won The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
