A Better Beef
Keeping with the exceptionally high standards that Bear’s Den promotes, they are the first restaurant in Alberta to serve Alberta AAAA grade prime steaks which have been aged for a minimum of 28 days. Choose something from their extensive list of fine wines to go with your steak. Wine selections include those from South America, Italy, Canada, United States, and France, among others.
Menu Hits
The tempting treats that line the menu at Bear’s Den combine classic cuisine with a contemporary twist. Flavours from around the world are combined with regional favourites to enhance the dining experience. Start your meal with on of the sumptuous starters like the Tempura Coated Calamari or the Fine Herb Sautéed French Escargot. The main courses include specialties like the Grilled Bison Tenderloin, Oven Baked Sea bass, and the Fire Roasted Free Range Chicken Supreme, which comes stuffed with truffle mushroom, goat cheese, sun dried tomato, and laced with a black cherry jus-lie. Menu prices reflect the top-quality cuisine that is served.
Events
Bear’s Den can host events for up to 32 in the intimate Den, or up to 60 in the Grizzly Room, which features an 800 sq’ dance floor and stage. Visual equipment is available for presentations, and of course, they can take care of all of your catering with a variety of options.
