It has a wine room for private functions and additional areas for semi-private functions such as wine and food tastings and/or special guests.
The Food, the Food!
The food is contemporary Italian, and the chef has added his touch to the menu with simple yet creative dishes. To start your meal, have a bowl of the classic Minestrone soup, or a plate of tender calamari. Pastas include the Portabella Ravioli in a rich mushroom broth with pecorino romano cheese. Try out the Pizza Salsiccia, a flatbread creation of chorizo sausage, roast pepper pesto, oyster mushrooms and mozzerella. For something a little different, meat lovers may enjoy the Buala Brasato, four hour braised Carmen Creek bison short rib with wild mushroom risotto and aromatic vegetables.
