The Place
Established in 1985, this busy pub is home to over 200 different brands of beer, you shouldn't have any difficulty finding something to your taste. They also have 65 (at last count) single malt scotches for you to try. The next-door location of Buzzards Cookshack and Watering Hole means the food is good, and if you are looking for somewhere down-to-earth and friendly, this is it.
Heading to the Stampede?
It also is within walking distance of both the downtown area and the Stampede – which means it can get busy on weekends. It also has an outdoor patio that faces west and is perfect for sitting on warm summer nights and watching the crowds go by. Add the fact that each day brings a new daily special and you know you’re always in for a treat.
