The folks at the Cattle Baron only use AAA premium beef which has been aged for a minimum of 28 days. They are known for their tender cuts that are juicy and well marbled, and everything is done just the way you like it. There is sirloin, the New York cut, rib eye, and filet mignon. If you’d like something from the sea to go along with your steak, order a skewer of prawns or a lobster tail. These folks also do up an 8 oz steak sandwich and their Pepper Shrimp Rib Eye. The chef’s creations include the slow roasted prime rib, and for those in your party who don’t want red meat, there is Chicken Peppercorn, Atlantic salmon, and a few other treats.
Diverse Dining
At the Cattle Baron, you can head into the lounge for a relaxing time, or sit in the restaurant for a slightly more formal experience. They have a very large wine list that features a number of bottles from Australia, Canada, and Europe. Many of the wines can be purchased by the bottle or the glass, and they do offer some that come by the ½ bottle. There are also plenty of mixed drinks on the menu and a good assortment of beer.
