What would a coffee shop be without plenty of this? Not much of anything likely – after all, it is not called a coffee shop for nothing. This little café has a full line up of specialty coffees including the regulars like the cappuccino and espresso as well as a few hot drinks that they have put their own twist on. If you are not so much a coffee drinker but a tea connoisseur instead, they have plenty of these too. There are plenty of snacks and sweet treats to go along with your drink as well. So now you want to find them most likely. Don’t worry, it isn’t too difficult. Just head east on Kensington Road if you are coming from Crowchild, or west if you are headed from 14th Street. Either way you will come to 19th Street and all you have to do is turn north and go up a little more than a block.

Central Blends serves up a number of meals that are sure to make you drool if you are hungry enough and they are all very reasonably priced at the same time. These folks serve up an all-day breakfast that will warm you up any time of day. Lunch time brings on a number of sandwiches including the Rueben and BLT. For something a little lighter you can try out the fruit salad or the veggie delight wrap.
