Comic-Kazi has been a comic collector’s haven since 1994. Starting out within Northland Village Mall, Comic-Kazi moved, in 2006, to its own storefront location on Macleod Trail SW. The main floor of Comic-Kazi features two huge rooms. The main room is filled with comic books, graphic novels and collectibles. The back room is dedicated to manga and Japanese anime. The upstairs of Comic-Kazi is dedicated to action figures – just about every type of toy and fantasy figure imaginable can be found there. They also support the local comic arts scene, with the annual 24-hour comic day and by offering 10 percent off of art supplies.
