Edo Japan’s sweet Teriyaki Sauce is created from recipes passed down through the years and through the generations. The sauce is made fresh daily in each restaurant, and served warm over all stir-fried Teppan-style meals. It really adds taste to Edo Japan’s signature dishes of Sukiyaki Beef and Teriyaki Chicken. The menu has expanded over time to include shrimp, yakisoba noodles, udon soup, sushi and other Japanese creations.
