Titillating Atmosphere
Elements Bistro offers an upstairs dining room and the downstairs lounge area. The upstairs dining area is up-scale but not stuffy, with a décor of light earth tones and pleasant artwork. In the large, spacious, well-lit lounge the ambiance is laid back and live jazz is performed by local musicians Monday to Friday in the evenings. Near the bar area, a large yet unobtrusive screen TV is often tuned in to either CNN or major sports events. When the dining room is closed in the evenings, the lounge is opened for those wanting a nightcap.
Food & Drink
Elements has all of the ingredients of a fantastic fine dining experience. The breakfast menu has everything from fruit salad to omelettes. A popular buffet is offered in the downstairs lounge Monday to Friday. There is also a Sunday Brunch in the upstairs dining room from spring to late fall, accompanied by live acoustic guitar. The dinner menu ranges from lighter fare such as Goat Cheese Pizza to the more substantial Beef Tenderloin. Every good meal deserves to be paired with good wine. The wine list at Element showcases selections from France, Australia, Canada and the U.S.
