Pick Away At It
The folks at Escoba Wine & Influenced Cuisine offer their faithful patrons a number of choices when it comes to the menu. Start with some hot or cold tapas including house specialties like the Smoked Duck Crostini, smoked duck, onion jam, and mandarin orange segments. Or perhaps you would prefer the Pacific Wraps which consist of smoked salmon, asparagus, house salsa and chevre baked in a rolled tortilla with roasted red peppers. For a light meal or snack, there are a number of soups available. Larger menu items include a selection of meal sized salads, paninis, pizzas, pastas, and beef and chicken entrees to name just a few.
Couples or friends may want to try out the Fondue at Escoba. It serves two or more people and is available after four pm. The Four Cheese Pesto Fondue comes with Swiss gruyere, aged cheddar, provolone, smoked gouda, BigRock Traditional Ale, basil pesto, and is served with fresh bred, red peppers and apples for dipping.
