For the Generations
Excuses has been through a few owners over the years, but for the past couple of decades, the pub has been a favourite place to catch up with friends on the weekend or after a day at the office - no matter what the name on the door. Located in Falconridge, the miniscule little pub could only be described as offbeat and friendly.
Best Value in Town
Whether it is just a cold bottle of beer you crave, or something from the grill to go along with it, you probably won’t find better bang for your buck anywhere – even at McDonalds. Their menu is full of everyone’s favourite pub fare and it is priced well below what you would be able to cook it for in your own home. They offer a number of burgers, wings, and apparently the best chicken fingers in town. There are also nachos, ravioli and a variety of sandwiches on the list.
Entertainment Tonight
There is plenty to do over at Excuses, so you have no reason not to get off the couch and head out with your friends. They have three televisions going at all times and there are always sports on at least two of them, as well as video lottery terminals to test your luck, a pool table to test your skill and a juke box to keep the toes tapping.
