The Method
Almost everyone can benefit from the techniques and physical challenges available at this facility. The unique work out utilizes a special table, called a Penchant Table, which allows its users to flex, extend, and rotate one or more parts of the body in each sequence. The table is equipped with trestles and indentations that allow the user to grip with their feet, hands, or arms. It helps the participant to isolate and intensely work specific muscle groups within the body. The Fitness Table methods also utilize a number of accessories such as rope and rubber balls.

Who Uses It
This method of attaining physical fitness is regarded for improving posture, core strengthening, lengthening muscles, developing muscle tone and flexibility, and helping to alleviate back problems. Anyone over the age of 14 can improve their health and wellbeing by using this type of physical instruction. The coaches at The Fitness Table are all fully certified and have been through intense training.

The Classes
Prior to partaking in a class, clients each receive a postural evaluation to see where they fit in. Each class is 85 minutes long, usually has about 10 participants, and is set up to accommodate the needs of the individual participants according to their postural evaluation. Participants start with the beginner classes, and from there, move on through the elementary, intermediate, and advanced classes. There are also combo classes, abs/trunk classes, and a special back class, and private sessions can be arranged. Free trials are available to ensure that you enjoy the method before signing up.
