Baked-Daily Breads
The classic, familiar taste and texture of bread at its finest can be found in these hand formed or Artisan loaves. The selection includes white sandwich, ground flax and cinnamon raisin. Two flatbreads come in the forms of Italian and cheese, the Italian version of which deliciously rosemary, thyme, olive oil and sea salt. Fresh bread is unsliced to retain moisture while frozen selections can be found sliced. All breads can be special ordered in minimum amounts of four loaves. Enjoy a free sample if you are a first time customer or recently diagnosed celiac.

Using only clarified butter, plus no shortening or oils, patrons can special order or take out by the slice a wide variety of tasty treats. Coffee cake, lemon loaf, butter tarts, banana bread, waffles and cream puffs are all gluten-free, just to name a few. Go on the weekend and discover an assortment of specials that could include cheesecakes, cupcakes, sachre torte, tiramusu or chocolate mousse cake. Kids on modified gluten-free, dairy free diets will enjoy the special order Callebaut chocolate chip cookies. Be sure to give a minimum two days notice via email or phone message.
