Step Up
This popular Canadian shoe mecca which flagship store is in Toronto has now made its step in Calgary. First opened in May 2006, Calgary’s Goodfoot joined the growing list of other major cities like Montreal and Vancouver to bring one-of-a-kind footwear to the market. And there’s no better place for a trendy new shoe store than on the uptown’s 17 Avenue. From rare and hard to find exclusive sneaks from Adidas, Nike, Visvim and Pumas and more, Goodfoot carries over 120 styles in footwear.

Footwear and Apparel
Covering yourself from head to toe can take on whole new meaning here because not only does the shop sell a range of footwear, it also carries a selection of t-shirts, jackets, denim, hats and toques. Although the majority of its merchandise is geared towards men, there are finds for women’s too. While the list of labels that Goodfoot offers include lines like Crooks & Castle, Billionaire Boys Club, Stussi, Wings and Horns, Acalpulco Gold, Broken Home, Nike SB and Goodfoot signature items, it is most known for its vintage chic shoe styles and rare limited edition footwear.

Urban Shoe Gallery
In an upstairs location midway up the trendy 17 Avenue corridor, Goodfoot sits in a definitive space that overlooks the Red Mile. With cement floors, 18 feet ceilings and skylights, the clean and minimal space connotes more of a modern art space than an urban sneak boutique. Anchoring the space is a handcrafted wood bench in the middle of the store. All the shoes are displayed on one wall and mirrors on the underside reflect the soles. The feel is definitely laid back and relaxed and customers are all looking for a pair of cool shoes. Some brands are exclusive to Goodfoot, so check it out for shoes you won’t find anywhere else in the city.
