A Rising Star
GoodLife Fitness has given virtually all of the private health clubs in Canada a run for their money. This health club giant is the biggest, one of the oldest, and certainly one of the most successful of its kind in Canada. With thousands of members, and more signing up by the day, it seems that GoodLife is on to something.

Learning New Things and Learning What Works
That special something GoodLife has might be found in the way it operates. First of all, GoodLife emphasizes leadership and education among its employees. It also maintains networks with fitness counterparts around the world and shares ideas with them. It’s this training, these kinds of connections, and this free exchange of ideas that GoodLife says gives them an edge on their competition. They try their hardest to stay up-to-date and offer customers the best that’s out there.

Get Involved, Get Personal or Go it Alone
GoodLife offers a range of membership options, including both long- and short-term plans, as well as special memberships for students, seniors, and corporate clients. GoodLife encourages members to take advantage of the personal training they offer, as well as to join one of their group fitness classes, of which there are many. However, whether you’re a group exercise fanatic or you cherish your workout independence, you’ll be accommodated either way. There are also women-only clubs, and women-only sections in the co-ed clubs.

All the Ingredients of a Health Club
The equipment at the GoodLife Fitness clubs meets the industry standards for health clubs, and includes a variety of machines, free weights, and cardio training equipment. There are also swimming pools, saunas, and squash courts. The staff remains on hand to assist clients and respond to any emergencies that might arise, and if you need anything extra, you’ll find them quite accommodating.
