French Quality
Croissant Gourmet is a cheerful, simply decorated café and bakery in downtown Canmore. It is owned by a French family who turn out an assortment of hand-baked goods including croissants, different kinds of Viennoise pastries and pain au chocolat to name a few items. Everything is crafted to high standards for the best flavour and quality.
Buttery Croissants
Of course, given the café’s name, they are best known for their croissants. They bake these croissants in classic French style so they are buttery and flaky. Enjoy one with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee to indulge in a French-style breakfast. Of course, the illusion of being in Paris might disappear when you get an eyeful of the snow-tipped Rockies but that’s a trade-off you’ll be willing to make.
