Great Music
In 2008, the HiFi Club was voted the Best Place to Dance by Avenue magazine readers, and for the past three years, readers of FFWD also voted the HiFi as Best Night Club, and the club placed second for Best Venue for Live Music. Opening in January 2005, HiFi was started by music lovers wanting to bring the best and most versatile music groups to Calgary. From live punk rock shows to cutting edge DJs, the HiFi Club is a rocking, cutting edge nightclub. While host to various indie bands and considered slightly underground, it is a unique venue with great atmosphere.
Cool Appearance
This clean and sleek location dedicated to dancing and live music usually has a reasonable cover charge. Boasting a capacity of 200, this 5,000 square foot venue has assorted seating that includes booths and tables. Offering a limited menu of hot and cold snacks, this establishment serves a wide variety of alcoholic beverages from high balls and mixed drinks to beer and wine.
