Head Chef and owner, Air Bouphasiry, blends French and Asian cuisine together in unique and creative ways at his restaurant. The meal can begin with a number of soups, salads, and appetizers that range from the Grilled Caesar Salad with Tangy Caesar Dressing, to Chinese Peking Duck Spring Rolls. For something distinctive, start the meal with the Smoked Trout and Pickled Onions. The main courses are just as creative and include selections such as the Pan Roasted Fresh Halibut, or the Roasted New Zealand Rack of Lamb. For the red meat lovers, steaks are on the menu as well.
