The Juniper’s Muk a Muk Bistro was selected by enRoute Magazine as one of the top new Canadian restaurants (2006). The name Muk a Muk refers to an early native word that translates to “food” or “feast”. Inspired by the areas ancient native heritage and the pristine natural surroundings, the chef prepares fresh fish, fowl, game and meats served up with select varieties of herbs and greens. Views of the Bow River Valley from this restaurant are unparalleled.
