The menu at the Laurier is eclectic, and best with a few to share the experience. Their selection of tapas spans everything from warm French baguette to traditional fare like Coquilles St.-Jacques- scallops braised in a white wine broth and served in a cheese sauce. There’s also an extensive wine list to complement the menu. On Fridays and Saturdays a DJ spins to make the night more than a meal, but a true event.

One of the Laurier’s unique features is its fondue menu. In keeping with traditional Alberta fare, the restaurant offers some classic game meat in their fondue including elk and bison.
