Whats the best way to compliment a restaurant? Being written about and getting rave reviews. This Indian restaurant has only been in business since late 2004, but already has seven articles under its belt. The reviews might be fabulous, but the combination of Indian-Pakistani-Bangladeshi cuisine may just be reason to stop by soon.
Spicy As It Goes
If you like spicy foods, then Moughal Mahal may be just up your alley. Start with a vegetarian appetizer such as chaat. Order butter chicken cooked with chicken sauce, brandy and wine. Follow with either beef or chicken curry. Wind down your meal with rice pudding, sweet pastry balls and maybe a beer. Moughal Mahal is fully licensed so you have a choice between beers, wines and hard liquor.
Emperor’s Palace
With only seven tables, you know you will get personalized service from this restaurant. Moughal Mahal translates into Emperor’s Palace, and it certainly is for the quality of the food they serve. The Indian culture is alive and well with its lamps, dolls and tapestries that evoke authenticity.
