A Perfect Combination: BBQ & Live Music
The Palomino’s claim to fame is their slow roast barbeque pit – the largest in Canada. Try their St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork, chicken and true Alberta beef brisket. If one of these choices isn’t enough, you can go with the two-meat platter or the Fat Ass platter for four – a little bit of everything. live music on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m.–9 p.m. and on weekends in the basement. Cover charge applies for live music on weekends.
Southern Style Variety
The Palomino has an extensive menu with unique sides like garlic fries, bacon wrapped corn on the cob and Jack Daniels apples. You can also try a southern style twist on favorites like barbeque nachos with pulled pork or brisket, pulled pork quesadillas or macaroni and cheese.
