Breads and baked goods
Operating since June 2008, Rise Bakery Café is committed to providing its clientele with a wide variety of healthy and wholesome food options. Attached to the Redwater Rustic Grill, this 600 square foot bakery can be found on the ground level of the Bow Valley Square. All items are for take-out only and custom orders can be accommodated. Their signature chocolate bread and apple rosemary flax are just two of the innovative creations made fresh daily. All baked goods will be sliced upon patron’s requests. Also available for purchase are brioches, muffins and scones.
Innovative Menu and Catering
In addition to the breads and baked goods, there are soups, salads and sandwiches. Seasonally, two soups are offered daily. From a Spolumbo sausage and white bean to a corn and boar bean, Rise Bakery caters to a multitude of palates. Made up with chipolte chicken salad, ham, smoked turkey, tuna, goats cheese or portabella mushrooms, their signature sandwiches can be served cold or hot off the press. Served only until 11 a.m. are two breakfast sandwich options - eggs and ham or tomato and bacon. Catering for parties up to 200 requires 48 hours notice, and free delivery is available within the downtown core.
