This Vietnamese restaurant opened about the same time that the new T&T Harvest Hills opened its doors for business at the end of 2006. Saigon Pearl has become a favourite dining destination of those who live in the newer northeast and northwest communities, from Harvest Hills all the way to Hidden Valley. On any given day, one is sure to find customers waiting for the doors of Saigon Pearl to open. With the inimitable presence of hearty and hot rice noodle soups plus a side of spring rolls, customers come away extremely satisfied till the next round.

A Fusion of Cuisines
Vietnamese cuisine is by and large simple, hearty and healthy, rarely using oils and fats. Saigon Pearl’s menu speaks of the influences of many Asian and European flavours, from as far and wide as China, France, India and Thailand, all subtly mixed with natural herbs and greens. From the rice noodle soups, spring rolls, deep fried quail, stir fries and noodle bowls, you’d have to keep coming back to sample all the eats of Saigon Pearl.
