Calgary has been steadily adding more and more wonderful seafood dining options to its roaster – and Sea Fish N Chip is definitely one of them. Boasting some of the freshest fish this far from the ocean, Sea serves up a colourful array of tasty fish dishes.
Won’t Break the Bank
Prices at Sea are quite reasonable, especially considering the menu is full of fish and Calgary is about as landlocked as you can get. You can have a whole meal (appetizer and entrée) for under $25, which is a price that is getting rarer and rarer to find among restaurants in the city.
Fish n Chips with a Twist
The lightly battered halibut and chips at Sea are tasty and crisp. They offer many different salt varieties to go along with their quality chips, so it may take a couple of tries before you find your new favourite flavour. The hunt is worth it, however! Also on the menu is a lovely assortment of alternate seafood dishes, including: delicious seafood soup, jumbo shrimp, oysters, yellow fin tuna, and seafood poutine. Many of the seafood items can be bought by the piece, in case you aren’t hungry enough for a whole portion, or if you would like to try a bit of everything. Options are abundant at Sea Fish n’ Chips – you can even eat their wonderful food at home with their take out option.
