The Hall
This small hall is perfect for any number of functions. It holds 60 people and comes complete with tables and chairs. For smaller weddings, meetings, clubs, etc, just give the folks a call and book your group in. The hall is available year round, and they do have a number of regular renters. There is a meal preparation area, but keep in mind that it does not include an oven. Patrons do need to leave the hall in a tidy, clean manner.
The Tennis Club
There are two well-maintained tennis courts available for drop-in use by the community association members. For the kids, there are two parks and a school playground available within a short distance from the courts. From time to time, the association does hold tournaments and lessons on the grounds. The facility is perfect to hold family events and tennis tournaments. Play on the courts all day, and then kick back and have a party in the hall during the evening.
Memberships
To use both the hall and the tennis courts, the community association requires that a membership be purchased. The rates are very reasonable for this non-profit organization, and can be purchases as a single, couple, or family membership.
