Spolumbo’s is owned and operated by three former members of the Calgary Stampeders. All three are first generation Italian Canadians and have taken family recipes and combined them with a team spirit, a passion for service and a hands-on approach to making the products themselves and turned it into a true Calgary landmark.

Sandwiches come with your choice of quarter pound of meat including selections like the Montreal smoked meat or the 9th Avenue salami and are prepared on your choice of bread or bun. Soups and salads are made daily and go well with all of the sandwiches. For a European taste, try one of their Italian paninis, each of which are served with flavourful European spread, olive oil, oregano, lettuce, tomato and Provalone cheese. A selection of beer, wine and specialty coffees is available to compliment your meal.
The Real Spolumbo’s
If you want a taste of something truly special, you need to try out Spolumbo’s homemade sausages. They create them right in the store with only the freshest natural ingredients that they can find. They are available in the deli on a bun, or you can take them home and cook up a feast for the whole family. An abundance of sausage types and flavours are available. If you are putting on a birthday bash, an office luncheon, or just want to treat your family, Spolumbo’s also does catering including sandwiches, salads, fruit, vegetable and cheese trays as well as desserts.
