The Food Is the Thing Here, Not the Décor
While the restaurant is pleasant enough, the simple decor is more than overshadowed by the flavourful offerings on the menu. There are about a dozen small tables for four, and the room is set off by chest-high wooden dividers that lend a modicum of privacy for the diners. Lunch and dinner are served daily during the week, with dinner only served on weekends. Patrons should note that Interact is not accepted as a medium of exchange at Thai Pagoda.

Authentic Thai Food, With Lots of Choices
The menu includes all of the best of Thai cuisine, quickly and efficiently prepared and served. The spectrum of flavours is broad indeed. Start with spring rolls made with either chicken or vegetables, or perhaps pork dumplings. Soup offerings are various, including a spicy hot and sour concoction with shrimp, chicken, or vegetables. Main courses include curries, noodle dishes, stir-fried dishes, and vegetarian. The stir-fried chicken, cashews, and mixed vegetables served with coconut rice is particulary tasty.

An Extensive Wine and Beer List
The wine list at Thai Pagoda is quite extensive, with over one hundred offerings from around the world. The choices are well described in the menu, and include whites and reds, many served in half-bottles. In addition, the restaurant carries a lineup of local and imported beers that is out of proportion to the size of the restaurant. You can choose from over two dozen brands and varieties of beer, sourced from many countries around the globe. Non-alcoholic beverages available include some really wonderful fruit drinks such as passionfruit and tropical punch.
