The Castle Pantry Delicatessen is where hungry tourists and guests go when they’re at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. There’s no missing this deli as it’s right off the main entrance and grand lobby and near the concierge and tour reception. The open style deli is open 24 hours daily, so whether for a night time snack or quick gourmet food, it’s the Castle Pantry to the rescue.
Goodies and Boxed Meals
The Castle Pantry Delicatessen has everything one can think of to bring to a hike, a ski trip or just a picnic by any of the picturesque great outdoors of Banff. Their goodies range from hearty soups, salads and sandwiches. They’ve got also on hand a selection of cheeses, drinks and chocolates to accompany a gourmet picnic. Or one can choose to just eat by their open style restaurant.
Casual Takeout
Unlike the other restaurants located at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, the Castle Pantry Delicatessen is definitely casual, and one doesn’t require reservations to access this 24 hour deli. But one quick reminder though is to call their food and beverage office if you require boxed meals for your group.
