The Lowdown
The New Gallery (TNG) is an artist-run, non-profit charitable society presenting a wide spectrum of visual art forms to the unsuspecting general public. The gallery holds exhibitions and performances by local, national and international artists, providing a forum for a wide range of artistic and cultural practices. TNG promotes and helps advance the arts community through long-reaching networks of understanding, collaboration and co-operation. They also strive to create a better understanding and appreciation, within the broader community, for diverse art practices.

Walk-By Art Space
The gallery offers two exhibition venues, The Main Gallery and the +15 Window Space. The +15 Window Space is located at the Epcor Centre for the Performing Arts, inside the elevated pedestrian walkway. It is the perfect place to target the general public. These displays change bimonthly.

The Main Gallery
The New Gallery's main space, located in Calgary's Eau Claire Market, displays various artists' works throughout the year. Exhibitions are intervals of two weeks to two months and include examples from the genres of multi-media, sculpture, textiles, aural exhibition, painting, photography and more.
