Village Cantina was originally a pie shop and coffeehouse in the heart of Inglewood. In 1996, the coffeehouse expanded to incorporate Mexican cuisine into its menu. The restaurant is designed with a Mexican theme, providing a sense of warmth and comfort to its patrons year round. The ageless quality of Mexico is reflected in the restaurant's precise decor and design, in addition to excellent food and service.
The Mexican-influenced menu options include a wide selection of tapas and tequila. This international, casual bistro also prides itself on their homemade pies, in addition to satisfying margaritas and mojitos. Try the exotic flavoured tequila mussels for lunch or dinner. For breakfast at the Village Cantina, try the eggs benedict.
This Mexican restaurant is an inviting and excellent destination in the heart of Inglewood. In addition to affordable food and a comfortable atmosphere, Village Cantina also offers Flamenco entertainment on the weekends. It has other programs too, such as magic for grownups. Show tickets are reasonably priced and doors open for dinner at 7 p.m, with live entertainment starting at 9:15 p.m. on Saturdays. Reservations are highly recommended.
