The Richmond location, one of six around Calgary, offers world class group excercise classes designed by Tracy Schotanus.
World Health Club's six Calgary locations offer computerized fitness assessments, custom-designed programs and state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment from companies like: Hammer Strength, Strive, Life Fitness, Apex, Stairmaster, BodyMasters and Magnum.
Certified personal trainers provide one-on-one guidance in basic nutritional counselling and accelerated programs that guarantee results. They'll measure your body, fat and blood pressure to aid in properly documenting your progress.
Go at your own pace in a variety of group excercise programs including sport conditioning, combative, cycling, rowing, yoga, body pump, salsa dance, low impact aerobics and step aerobics.
